"I strongly believe in progressing ones fitness level in a controlled and supervised manner"
I am first of all a physiotherapist - receiving my degree from the University of Manchester and have since lived in England, Norway and Denmark and worked across most areas of physiotherapy at hospitals, rehabilitationcentres, and private clinics. My interest for physiotherapy was triggered by an injury that prevented me from pursuing a career in ballet dancing and I wanted to make a difference for others by making sure that our physical fitness level doesn't prevent us from pursuing our dreams or living our lives to the full.
Having worked across so many areas of physiotherapy and helped thousands of patients with preventing injuries and rehabilition from injuries has taught me that the shortest way to success is by progressing in a controlled and supervised manner.
"Pilates is for everybody regardless of age, gender, fitness level and geography"
Physical activity has always been a big part of who I am and naturally I encourage all my patients to do as much as they can on a daily basis. This is where Pilates is a great way to achieve this as it doesn't matter if you are pregnant or have recently given birth, have asthma or chronic pains, are overweight, or just feel you have reached an age where you can't exercise on a daily basis. Pilates is for everybody!
